The Security and Democracy Forum is an independent, nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to advancing peace, principled security, and democratic resilience.
We exist to help ensure that security serves democracy—not undermines it. In a time of rising global threats, polarization, and institutional mistrust, we provide a space where ideas, leadership, and action come together to strengthen the foundations of a free society.

Our Mission

We work to safeguard peace, promote accountable security practices, and build trust in the institutions that uphold democratic governance. Through independent research, leadership development, public dialogue, and practical solutions, we aim to advance security that protects liberty, dignity, and justice for all.

What We Do

👉 Advocacy (where appropriate) — We support efforts to strengthen democratic institutions and promote security policies that serve the common good.
